Privacy Policy
Kivho collects only what it needs to run your account and improve the product. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name, and your Google profile name and picture if you sign in with Google.
- What you do in Kivho: the keywords you research, the apps you look up and compare, your Rank Tracker projects, optimizer runs, and daily usage counts for your plan's limits.
- Billing: your plan, subscription status and a customer reference from Dodo Payments. Your card or payment details go to Dodo Payments and never reach us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, used for security, rate limiting and fixing errors.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, show your research and projects, apply your plan's limits, and process payments.
- To improve Kivho: understand which tools are used and where things break.
- To contact you about your account, billing or important changes. We don't send marketing email without your consent.
- To keep Kivho safe: prevent abuse, fraud and attacks.
Keywords researched in Kivho also go into a shared keyword index that powers rankings and suggestions for everyone, stored without anything that identifies who searched them.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run Kivho. Each one only gets what it needs for its job:
We don't sell or rent personal data. We disclose it otherwise only if the law requires us to. Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies
The app uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand how it's used. This website doesn't set tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your Kivho account data, including your projects and usage, and cancel any active subscription. Payment records are kept by Dodo Payments for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
- See and update your account details from the account menu in the app.
- Delete your account at any time from the account menu, under Manage account.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing support@crunr.com. We reply within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict some processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Kivho is a tool for app makers and isn't meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
